PerkinElmer Announces Global R&D Expansion in Singapore
New Center of Excellence Focused on Solutions for Environmental Health, Food Safety and Drug Discovery

This investment in Singapore will enable us to leverage in-country expertise and resources to drive the development of new, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our global customers."
The new Center of Excellence will manufacture instruments for atomic absorption spectroscopy and UV/Visable spectroscopy to detect both inorganic and organic materials in the environment, food, materials and oil industries. The new facility will also focus R&D efforts in support of the expansion of PerkinElmer's EcoAnalytix(TM) solutions family.
