Shimadzu Partners with Thomas Scientific for Spectroscopy Distribution
With this non-exclusive distributor agreement, Shimadzu seeks to widen its spectroscopy footprint in the U.S. by utilizing Thomas Scientific's distribution network, as well as its brand recognition. Both companies will look to co-market these products through solo and joint efforts, and will leverage their respective expertise to capitalize on an expanding marketplace.
"We are extremely pleased to add these high-quality Shimadzu laboratory instruments to our portfolio," said LouAnn Evans, vice president of marketing at Thomas Scientific. "Shimadzu's commitment to product quality, combined with our ability to provide superior customer service and delivery, is a winning combination for excellence."
