CAMO Software opens office in Japan to serve growing Asian markets

CAMO Software, announced the opening of its office in Yokohama, Japan, to meet the needs of its fast-growing user-base in that part of the world. The new office marks, yet another milestone for CAMO Software’s commitment to assure that the Asian market would be well served.

“This is a very exciting move for CAMO Software,” said Sverre Stange, CEO, CAMO Software. “We do business in over a 100 countries but the Asian region in particular has grown substantially, and this office will allow CAMO Software to extend local support to our customers and prospects.”

The Japanese operation will be headed by Takaya Sato, a native of Japan. Takaya has more than 10 years experience in various sales functions. CAMO Software welcomes Takaya as the Vice President ( Sales & Support), CAMO Software Japan Co. Ltd

"CAMO Software has grown considerably in Japan for last five years and it was a logical step to open direct sales & support office in the region. This will help us to be much closer with our customers and long-time business partners. The new office will strongly focus on localized support, training and grooming Japanese users with Multivariate Data Analysis skills. CAMO Software has a strong network of resellers and OEM partners which will continue to be supported by its local office and aims to strengthen these relationships through its local presence” explained Saby Goswami, Vice President – Sales.
