Temporary submission now ended and REACH-IT closed until 5 January 2009
REACH-IT will be the only route to submit dossiers to ECHA in 2009
REACH-IT is now closed until 5 January 2009. Please note that 15 December was the last day of the temporary submission procedure for inquiry, registration and PPORD dossiers. From now, ECHA will not accept any dossiers sent under the temporary submission procedures. The shared e-mail addresses previously used for temporary dossier submissions procedures have been closed.
The remaining time until the re-opening of submissions will be used to migrate all dossiers submitted via the temporary submission procedures to the REACH-IT database.
From 5 January 2009 on, ECHA will only accept inquiry, PPORD or registration dossiers via REACH-IT. Companies wishing to claim their registration numbers for substances notified under previous legislation will still be able to do so when REACH-IT reopens. From then, ECHA will be using the REACH-IT secure internal messaging function to communicate with companies for all dossiers submissions. ECHA therefore advises companies to set their REACH-IT user preferences to alert them by e-mail when an internal message is received.
