KATANAX X-FLUXER® X-300
Speed up your sample preparation with the powerful fusion unit - Discover now
C3 Prozess- und Analysentechnik GmbH
The KATANAX X-FLUXER® X-300 makes sample preparation for X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) and ICP analysis (ICP-AES, ICP-OES or ICP-MS) a breeze. The fully automated and all-electric instrument enables fast, easy and, above all, reproducible digestion of one to three samples in parallel. With a throughput rate of up to 15 samples per hour, the X-300 is extremely efficient.
Best of all, the KATANAX X-FLUXER® X-300 requires no gas or other media, just a 230 V power connection. This not only makes it extremely safe to use in the lab, but also places minimal demands on the infrastructure.
The X-300 features a high-performance muffle furnace with excellent temperature distribution. The separately controlled heating elements ensure precise digestion (patent pending). The optional stirring station can be used to prepare melt tablets for XRF as well as acid digestions for ICP-OES/ICP-MS.
The KATANAX X-FLUXER® X-300 is operated via a color LCD touch screen with an intuitive multilingual graphical interface. The instrument is already equipped with various pre-programmed digestion methods that can be used directly or customized. Thus, sample preparation can start immediately.
In addition, we offer our customers free, customer-specific method development based on material samples sent in. In this way, we ensure that the X-300 is suitable for all conceivable applications.
The KATANAX X-FLUXER® X-300 - the fusion unit for efficient and reliable sample preparation.

Topic world Digestion
Sample digestion is a critical step in chemical analysis that often determines the success or failure of an investigation. It involves the targeted transformation and preparation of a sample to make the components of interest accessible for analysis. Various methods such as thermal, chemical or enzymatic digestion are used to dissolve matrix components, remove unwanted components and release target substances.
